Many times people who suffer from acne try to hide it with make up or other type of beauty products. Keeping your face clean of any such things will help reduce the chance of acne. In some cases these products can damage your skin, including some skin disorders. Instead of using chemical based products, try some of the natural products with natural components. For example, soaps and teatree oil.
Stressing out
Studies shown that there is a greater chance for acne when you are stressed. The more stress, the more your body would react to it. If you reduce the stress in your life, your body produces more cortisol, which helps fight against acne or it’s agents.
Not much caffeine
Caffeine has been identified to cause more stress by producing stress hormones in the body. This is not healthy for you or your skin, stress would aggravate acne.
